I don’t know about you, but I sometimes struggle to eat well-balanced diet of protein, carbs, fats, etc.  Some people have an easier time than others in getting all of their essential nutrients in each day and week.  The process of eating veggies or a piece of chicken can sound great at first.  “Oh, I’m gonna eat all healthy and eat steamed veggies and chicken.  Here I come land of healthy eating.”  Then, after eating the same thing day in and day out, your friends start to realize you’re getting a little “hangry”, hungry + angry = hangry.
